Sadly we announce the end of an era. A very important era in Australian manufacturing, and for Aussie made toddler play equipment. Our manufacturer, based in Dandenong, has decided to stop making the toys based on escalated costs to manufacture and ship around Australia.
There will be product available for the year, and if you know the reputation of this brand, you know it will last 2-3 generation – so it is an excellent investment.
Currently warranty is 3 years, and is applicable to any breaking down of the plastic. This only occurs when there is not enough UV content in the plastic.
Given the situation, we will only be able to warrant this brand until spare parts last.
We have been selling this brand for 17 years, since 2009, so it is a sad announcement for us. Over the years we have been able to connect with so many amazing families, and hear the stories of how much joy the climbers brought their little ones. Thank you for sharing them with us – they always made our day!
