WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE – THIS IS WHAT TO EXPECT

  1. You will see a confirmation on your screen of your order summary
  2. You will receive a copy of your order to your email address
  3. You will receive an email outlining what happens next with your order and what communication to expect from Aussie Action Kids
  4. If you are having your goods couriered, the courier will send you a tracking advice text or email
  5. You either collect, or receive to your door your play gym

 

  • Freight Costs Are Available In Shopping Cart When You Add Your Product To The Cart.
  • We Ship Goods Australia Wide. We Do NOT Accept International Orders Through Our Website.
  • The courier cost you will see on line will be the cheapest quote.
  • Shipping Costs Are Influenced By The Size And Weight Of The Product + Your Location. Exact Shipping Costs Are Calculated In The Shopping Cart And Will Be Added To The Order Total Before Checkout.
  • The Warehouse staff normally have orders ready within 2 business days, HOWEVER, if a courier is ordered, we can not guarantee when they will collect. Sometimes they arrive that same day we order them, and sometimes they take 5-7 days to show up and collect.
  • Estimated Shipping Times Are Detailed On Our Customer Service Page And Are Dependant On Your Location.

 

DO YOU WANT TO COLLECT FROM THE WAREHOUSE?

Dandenong, Melbourne: The Dandenong Warehouse is open Mon-Fri, 9am – 3.00pm.

Malaga, Perth: The Perth Warehouse is open Mon-Fri, 9am – 3.00pm. There is a pickup fee associated with collecting from that warehouse due to our company paying for the delivery in pallet lots from Melbourne to Perth. We then amortize the cost across the product load, and that works out at $150 incl GST per product.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

If Stock Is Available, As Soon As You Place Your Order, the Warehouse is Notified Automatically That You Are Coming To Collect And Will Be Expecting To See You Within The Week Unless You Notify us Otherwise.

In VIC, All Product – Full Kits And Spares For Ampi brand Are Available.

 

RETURNS

  • Please Choose Carefully. We Do Not Give Refunds If You Simply Change Your Mind Or Make A Wrong Decision.
  • If The Goods Are Faulty In Any Way, Parts Or A Whole New Product Will Be Sent Out To You.
  • We Do Not Refund If The Product Has Left The Warehouse, And Is In Transit With The Courier.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES – 2025

Last orders for collection from warehouses that day will be 23rd December 2025

Last orders for delivery can be taken 23rd December, but may not get collected by the couriers until week 5th January 2026

  •  
    1. for courier deliveries, orders must be in by Sunday night 14 Dec 2024 – however that does not mean they will be delivered by Christmas
    2. for last pickups from the warehouse in Malaga (WA) – Friday 20th December, 3.30pm

Either of these CONDITIONS can only be met IF there is stock left. So please do not leave your order to last minute 🙂

  1. Will My Order Arrive In Time For Christmas?
    Due To The Christmas Rush, Every Delivery Driver Is Out Running Around All Over Australia – They’re Doing Their Very Best To Get You Your Products!
    Please Understand That Every Order Is On A Sleigh And On It’s Way! We have had situations where the courier trucks become too full to pick up stock, and pickups are delayed another 1+ days. This is out of our control.
  2. How Can I Track My Order?
    The couriers we use will liaise directly with you via text or email and give you updates on your delivery after it has left our warehouse.
  3. What If My Order Doesn’t Arrive For Christmas, When Will I Get It?

If You Ordered Too Close To Our Christmas Cut-Off Dates, There Is A High Chance That You Will Receive Your Product In The Next Working Days After Christmas – If You Haven’t Received Anything By The 12th Of January Please Give Us A Call.
