SHIPPING COSTS HAVE INCREASED – AND WE KNOW IT!

Firstly we want to be upfront with you and let you know sometimes when you use our website the shipping cost compared to the product cost can be too high and you will ask yourself if its even worth buying this product…..please read on?

Why has this happened?

In December 2020, many couriers raised their shipping charges. Demand for their services due possibly to Australia’s COVID-19 lockdowns caused an increase in online shopping activity by nearly 70%. This meant their infrastructure and standard operating procedures could not cope without immediate investment in their companies.

In the past 2 years, couriers have actioned 7 price increases, and for some remote areas it has been as much as a 25% increase.

Our website is configured directly with various couriers, and it delivers the cheapest available courier cost at that time of enquiry. However, this may be completely unreasonable in relation to the cost of the product you are ordering and your destination address.

If that is the case, we may be able to get a cheaper quote from couriers we have access to outside of the website system; however this is only available for full / complete climbing kits, not spare parts.

We recognise this is inconvenient but we believe our products will benefit you and your family for years. The extra effort to contact us in the form below we anticipate below will be well worth it.
